Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user experience and interface design for Renmoney’s digital products and front-end channels delivering solutions that increase user acquisition, engagement and retention
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to transform business goals into user-centric designs, consistently shipping high-impact product features.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights to refine designs, targeting a 90%+ user satisfaction score.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual designs using tools like Figma.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Advocate for design thinking and user-first principles across the organization.
- Mentor junior designers, helping them grow into confident contributors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design or UX/UI, ideally in fintech, banking, or tech-driven industries.
- A robust portfolio showcasing digital/mobile design projects with measurable outcomes (e.g., improved conversion rates or user engagement).
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Proven experience thriving in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
