Shape the future of onchain experiences by leading end-to-end design for a new generation of financial products. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll define the visual and interaction language for tools used by traders, institutions, and new entrants to the crypto ecosystem. Your work will directly influence how users interact with decentralized systems while maintaining the reliability expected from a trusted platform.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the creation of original product concepts from ideation to launch, focusing on onchain functionality and seamless integration with existing financial workflows.
- Establish design excellence through visually compelling and technically informed solutions that elevate the standard for crypto-native applications.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to build intuitive interfaces that balance user needs, business goals, and technical realities.
- Advocate for design quality across stakeholders, ensuring alignment on vision and execution without compromising on standards.
- Refine and evolve the design system to support scalable, consistent experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Use behavioral insights and analytics to guide iterations, improving usability and engagement over time.
- Lead design critiques and mentor fellow designers, fostering a culture of thoughtful feedback and continuous growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex UX problems in high-stakes digital environments, particularly in fintech or blockchain.
- Strong foundation in user-centered design, with experience using research and data to validate decisions.
- Familiarity with Ethereum, smart contracts, and decentralized application workflows.
- Experience designing for advanced trading features such as derivatives, futures, and order execution interfaces.
- Proven success leading 0→1 design initiatives across web and mobile, especially in crypto or financial technology.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative mindset, with a commitment to team growth and shared success.
