Responsibilities
- Develop fully realized, testable user experiences from initial concepts to high-fidelity prototypes and development handoff, supported by A/B testing and user research
- Spearhead design initiatives independently, managing stakeholder coordination, user experience strategy, interface execution, and refinement after testing
- Derive actionable UX insights through analysis of user behavior, conversion rates, revenue per session, heatmaps, and session recordings
- Proactively identify and enhance underperforming features using iterative design methods informed by both qualitative feedback and quantitative data
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure designs meet technical feasibility and strategic objectives
- Advocate for and mentor others in design excellence, promoting consistent practices and contributing to organization-wide user experience planning
- Suggest and apply improvements to design workflows that increase the speed of experimentation and support scalable design systems
