Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to final UI
- Incorporate AI and AI tools naturally into workflows where they improve clarity and speed
- Translate research, customer insights, and strategy into clear interaction patterns
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to support fast decision cycles
- Work closely with product managers and engineers in rapid, iterative development
- Contribute to and extend our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate design decisions
- Communicate design rationale clearly to keep teams aligned
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience for SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience designing or working with AI-enhanced tools or familiarity with modern AI patterns
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX depth, interaction thinking, and polished visual design; at least one recent project or case study you can walk us through where you had a major contribution or ownership of it.
- Fluency with Figma and rapid prototyping
- Ability to simplify complex systems and reason clearly about design choices
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to move quickly when needed
