About the Role

Shape the future of AI-driven customer experiences by leading product design for a next-generation knowledge platform. In this role, you'll define design strategy that aligns with business goals and user needs, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, accessible, and grounded in research.

Leadership & Team Development

Manage and grow a distributed team of product designers across EMEA, AMER, and APAC. Set clear objectives, guide career progression, and lead hiring and performance reviews. Foster a culture of continuous learning through coaching, critiques, and skill development.

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content specialists to scope initiatives, resolve blockers, and prioritize high-impact work. Champion design within cross-functional forums and contribute to executive-level decisions on product direction and resourcing.

Design Excellence

Establish and maintain rigorous design standards through consistent review processes and active contribution to the design system. Use user research, behavioral data, and competitive analysis to inform decisions and roadmap planning. Ensure seamless, end-to-end experiences across AI-powered features.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with presence in Portugal, Denmark, or Poland, and collaboration across global teams. Enjoy flexible scheduling, remote work options, and intentional in-person engagement. Qualifications

  • 5+ years designing for SaaS products, with a focus on consumer or enterprise applications
  • Proven experience managing design teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation
  • Strong track record of turning research and business goals into effective product strategies
  • Experience working in fast-paced, distributed environments with agile cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences
