Responsibilities

  • Advocate for key live operations projects and align departments to meet release objectives
  • Manage the live team’s roadmap by assessing, ranking, and assigning tasks to maintain efficient workflows
  • Collaborate with QA, production leads, and release engineers to support successful first-party submissions and issue resolution
  • Provide leadership with consistent updates on the performance and reliability of online systems
  • Lead incident documentation for live and test environments, and refine procedures to prevent recurring problems
  • Coordinate with live operations and partner teams to ensure on-schedule delivery of new content and in-game events
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal departments and outside collaborators
  • Detect potential operational or technical risks early and lead the development of solutions
  • Regularly engage with the game to inform production decisions and maintain product familiarity
