Key Responsibilities

- Act as a unifying force across HR specialties—Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Development—ensuring alignment and coherence in delivery.

Qualifications
Candidates must bring over a decade of experience in HR strategy, organizational transformation, or enterprise people programs. Proven success in leading complex, global initiatives as an individual contributor—driving change through influence—is essential. You should have a strong grasp of emerging HR technologies, particularly Generative AI and digital experience platforms, and the ability to articulate cultural narratives that resonate across regions. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills are required, including the confidence to advise and challenge executive leadership. A background in top-tier human capital consulting is a plus.
