Role Overview
Lead the expansion of our offshore Premier Banking services in the North Asia region, with a strategic emphasis on Taiwan. In this position, you will identify and engage high-potential clients, cultivating trusted relationships through personalized financial guidance and consultative service.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and onboard new Premier Banking clients from the North Asia market, particularly Taiwan-based prospects
- Nurture long-term relationships with affluent individuals by delivering customized financial strategies and insights
- Meet and exceed revenue, profit, and growth targets aligned with business objectives
- Conduct professional financial assessments to understand client needs and recommend suitable banking and investment solutions
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling initiatives across product lines including wealth management, treasury, and insurance-linked offerings
- Provide timely market updates and trend analysis to enhance client engagement and decision-making
- Deliver exceptional service standards that reinforce the premium client experience
- Engage in tele-consulting and remote advisory with fluency in client communication
- Travel as needed to support client acquisition and relationship development
Qualifications and Skills
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in banking or financial services
- Track record of strong performance in client-facing roles
- Familiarity with the Taiwan market and its customer landscape
- Recognized university degree in finance, business, or related field
- Valid CMFAS certifications (RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI)
- Strong understanding of banking products, including unit trusts, bancassurance, and treasury services
- Fluent in Mandarin for client interactions; proficient in English at Level 4 standard
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills
- Self-motivated with initiative, capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Committed to achieving sales goals with discipline and focus
