REDiron is hiring a Senior Platform Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Show capability to organize, resolve conflicts, and oversee implementation tasks for various projects
• Support the transition from operations to service by preparing handoff documentation and collaborating closely with quality assurance and technical assistance teams
• Manage customer user acceptance testing, outage notifications, and change control processes along with their documentation
• Engage in design discussions while adhering to established best practices
• Evaluate systems and gather necessary changes for performance optimization based on software updates or customer requirements
• Contribute to assessing project feasibility during the preparation stage by reviewing technical aspects and identifying gaps
• Oversee and coordinate high-priority investment projects throughout the implementation phase
• Enhance software to align with customer business objectives and follow industry best practices
• Supervise and coordinate the work of team members during project implementation, fostering effective collaboration with business and functional units
• Review modifications prior to customer user acceptance testing
• Document and oversee implementation requirements and requests specific to each customer
• Work with customers to address and resolve issues
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of IT security best practices
