Responsibilities
- Help design and manage enterprise CI/CD platforms using Azure DevOps and GitHub, including pipelines, templates, and reusable workflows.
- Support ongoing operations of CI/CD systems and cloud infrastructure with a focus on reliability, security, and stability.
- Enforce established standards, best practices, and guided workflows for CI/CD, source control, and cloud-native development.
- Create and manage automation solutions and integrations on Azure DevOps and GitHub through APIs, webhooks, and scripting.
- Enable seamless developer workflows across the software development lifecycle, from code commit to deployment and production support.
- Assist in building and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure using DevOps methodologies and Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
- Work closely with development and product teams to promote platform tool adoption and enhance developer productivity.
- Engage in initiatives to improve platform performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Provide production support for platform tools, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation.
- Support the evolution of DevOps platforms and tooling under the mentorship of senior technical staff.
