Requirements
- 5+ years of deep experience in payroll administration, specifically navigating the complexities of international operations.
- Highly proficient in HRIS systems—Dayforce experience is your secret weapon—and you can navigate Excel and Google Sheets like a pro.
- In-depth understanding of UK and French employment laws, ensuring we stay ahead of the compliance curve.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Speak the 'language of Molière' (French).
- Previous experience working within the fast-paced Software as a Service sector.
- Hands-on experience managing RSU, Equity, Commission, and Bonus calculations.
- A background working in multinational environments with a focus on meeting high-level KPIs and SLAs.
