Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for Australian employees with high accuracy

- Support payroll audits and year-end reporting activities
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian payroll legislation
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Manage payroll journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
- Oversee leave accruals, superannuation contributions, and deductions
- Assist in onboarding new hires into payroll systems
