About the Role

Lead the development and execution of partner sales strategies in Japan, focusing on recruiting, enabling, and scaling partnerships to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard qualified technology and channel partners in the Japanese market
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partner organizations
  • Drive revenue attainment through partner-led sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activities with regional objectives
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Train and enable partners on product positioning, sales techniques, and technical capabilities
  • Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to maximize partner effectiveness
  • Negotiate partner agreements and manage relationship lifecycles
  • Represent the company at industry events and partner forums in Japan
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and performance obligations across the partner network
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on partner and customer insights
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and sales pipelines
  • Support marketing campaigns tailored to partner audiences
  • Drive co-selling initiatives with strategic partners
  • Expand partner engagement across enterprise and mid-market segments
