About the Role

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns for diverse clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance KPIs across major digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive paid social strategies tailored to client objectives and audience segments.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze performance data to refine targeting, creative, and budget allocation decisions.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to guide asset development and messaging.
  • Optimize campaigns in real time based on performance metrics and market trends.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders through regular reporting.
  • Stay current with evolving social media platforms, ad technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all paid social content.
  • Coordinate with account teams to align media plans with client goals.
  • Manage multiple client portfolios with varying timelines and priorities.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate ad formats, audiences, and messaging.
  • Forecast campaign performance and set realistic KPIs.
