Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing paid search strategies on Google, Amazon, and Bing platforms
- Oversee full lifecycle campaign management including setup, optimization, audience targeting, and reporting
- Perform keyword research, analyze audience behavior, write ad copy, and run A/B tests
- Maintain compliance with industry best practices, quality assurance protocols, and standardized naming conventions
- Identify ways to enhance efficiency, automation, and overall campaign performance
- Collaborate with planning teams to integrate paid search with wider multi-channel marketing efforts
- Support the rollout of new platform tools, beta programs, and emerging technologies
- Provide periodic performance updates with clear, data-driven insights
- Examine campaign metrics to detect patterns and areas for improvement
- Assist in tracking KPIs and building measurement models alongside analytics teams
- Track campaign progress, forecast outcomes, and manage budgets to meet delivery goals
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams, clients, platform contacts, and tech partners
- Present campaign results, findings, and strategic suggestions during client discussions
- Work with platform partners to explore performance enhancements and new initiatives
- Contribute to strategic planning and experimental test-and-learn projects
- Guide and train junior staff in campaign execution and paid search standards
- Support improvements in team processes, workflows, and knowledge exchange
- Promote a cooperative and high-achieving team environment
