Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
- Own daily performance and hit CPA / ROAS / conversion targets
- Analyze data to uncover trends and growth opportunities
- Create and maintain dashboards (AgencyAnalytics, Looker Studio, CallRail, etc.)
- Collaborate with account managers and creative teams
- Present performance updates and recommendations to clients
Requirements
- 4+ years of PPC experience in a digital-marketing agency (required)
- Advanced Google Ads expertise (Search, Display, Performance Max), including writing creative, compelling copy
- Proven success in both e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns
- Strong analytical and reporting skills—you’re fluent in data
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients
- Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment

- Payments: All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
