Responsibilities
- Develop and update logical and physical network diagrams for operational technology infrastructure.
- Implement and supervise user access management for networks and servers, aligned with approved business requirements.
- Sustain and record cybersecurity protections for OT environments, ensuring adherence to security standards, tracking risks, and managing end-of-life systems.
- Enforce strict access policies, administer system and user permissions—including remote access—manage password rules, and verify authorized user qualifications.
- Track security events, analyze system logs, manage antivirus solutions and software updates, lead incident response, and preserve backup and disaster recovery functions.
- Supervise critical OT systems such as ICSS, electrical networks, and process automation systems; assess data transmission security; manage vulnerabilities and secure vendor access.
- Conduct governance activities including evaluation and documentation of security controls, audit coordination, remediation tracking, and support for system lifecycle processes.
- Deliver technical expertise on OT system design, cyber resilience, and recovery planning; assist with control system upgrades and preventive maintenance scheduling.
- Lead and coordinate OT security engineers across locations, perform site inspections at facilities like Chinchilla and Curtis Island, and ensure compliance with SEAM-Maintenance procedures.
