About the Role
The role involves leading technical design and development efforts for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with a focus on custom extensions, integrations, and solution architecture. The consultant will collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of custom solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud environments
- Develop technical specifications based on business requirements
- Build and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems
- Provide expertise in cloud extension frameworks and best practices
- Support full project lifecycle from analysis through to deployment
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in cloud environments
- Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers
- Document technical designs and solution components
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud platform updates and new features
- Mentor junior team members on technical approaches
- Participate in client workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Translate complex business needs into technical implementations
- Support testing phases including unit, system, and user acceptance testing
- Assist in the estimation and planning of technical workstreams
- Ensure compliance with architectural governance policies
- Configure cloud-based workflows and automation rules
- Utilize scripting and development tools for customization
- Work within agile or iterative delivery methodologies
Nice to Have
- Oracle Cloud certification
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools in cloud contexts
- Prior consulting or professional services background
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformations
