Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence environments
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and manage problem resolution
- Apply patches, upgrades, and enhancements to maintain platform stability and performance
- Conduct performance tuning to ensure efficient data processing and query response times
- Work closely with clients to understand business objectives, data sources, and reporting needs
- Provide expert guidance on FDI architecture, data modelling, and best practices
- Lead requirements workshops, user training sessions, and knowledge transfer
- Implement and configure FDI solutions aligned to client requirements
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
- Perform data integration activities including ETL and data validation
- Support Unit Testing and UAT, working with business users to achieve sign-off
- Stay current with new FDI features, Oracle analytics innovations, and industry trends
- Produce high-quality documentation, training materials, and operational guidance
- Independently manage the Analytics support track and client relationships
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or Fusion Analytics Warehouse
- Proven experience in a senior, client-facing support or consulting role
- Experience leading support, maintenance, and optimisation of analytics platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot incidents and manage problem resolution
- Experience applying patches, upgrades, and enhancements to Oracle platforms
- Performance tuning skills for data processing and query response times
- Experience providing expert guidance on data modelling and analytics best practices
- Experience leading requirements workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer
- Experience implementing and configuring analytics solutions
- Experience designing and developing dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
- Data integration experience including ETL and data validation
- Experience supporting Unit Testing and UAT with business users
- Ability to independently manage analytics support and client relationships
