About the Role
The role involves leading functional design and configuration of Oracle Cloud PPM solutions, supporting end-to-end implementation projects, and advising clients on best practices for project performance management.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and setup of Oracle Cloud PPM modules
- Translate client business requirements into technical configurations
- Conduct system configuration and setup tasks
- Support integration testing and validation efforts
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution delivery
- Document functional specifications and workflows
- Provide subject matter expertise during implementation phases
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives
- Participate in client workshops and requirement sessions
- Validate data migration approaches for PPM components
- Configure project controls, billing rules, and cost tracking
- Support project lifecycle from initiation to go-live
- Troubleshoot configuration issues during testing
- Ensure compliance with client governance standards
- Assist in user acceptance testing preparation
- Deliver training materials for end users
- Coordinate with project managers on timelines
- Review system outputs for accuracy and completeness
- Advise on process optimization using PPM tools
- Maintain alignment between business needs and system capabilities
Nice to Have
- Oracle Cloud PPM certification
- Prior consulting experience in professional services
- Experience in government or public sector projects
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud
- Knowledge of FastFormula scripting
- Experience with reporting tools in Oracle Cloud
- Background in project controls or finance systems
- Exposure to large-scale transformation programs
- Understanding of security role design in Oracle
- Experience with data conversion and validation
