Lead the engine behind successful product launches by owning end-to-end operations in a growing, remote-first organization. As the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll ensure teams stay aligned, timelines remain on track, and processes evolve to meet increasing demands.
What You’ll Do
- Manage cross-functional launch plans, mapping dependencies and timelines to keep initiatives moving smoothly
- Lead regular syncs with teams to identify risks, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in operational tools including ClickUp, Airtable, and Box
- Deliver clear, actionable updates to leadership on project progress, challenges, and next steps
- Act as a trusted partner in execution, enabling leadership to focus on strategy while you drive operational discipline
- Continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency, clarity, and delivery quality
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years in operations, program management, or similar roles in fast-moving environments
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage confidently with executives
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision
