About the Role
The Senior Operations Generalist ensures seamless day-to-day functioning across global teams by streamlining processes, resolving operational bottlenecks, and supporting cross-regional collaboration in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities

- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams

- Track and analyze data to inform decision-making and planning
- Support change management initiatives during organizational transitions
