Requirements
- 6-7years of related work experience, preferably with a large International Non-Governmental Organization in programs, fundraising and/or advocacy
- Outstanding communication, relationship management, writing, and presentation skills
- Experience with global protection programming in low-resource settings
- Experience working with fundraising and grants management processes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate around protection programming and strategy across both technical and lay audiences
- Experience fundraising for protection or related programming; ability to quickly get up to speed on technical content and strategy
- Excellent track record of delivering on sophisticated proposals and projects
- Bachelor’s degree in international development, social work, or other relevant area, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience across strategic partnership development, program design and development, fundraising and communications channels
- Experience developing and implementing multi-million-dollar partnerships
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of other IRC languages (Spanish, French, Arabic) would be an asset
- The ideal candidate will have experience across strategic partnership development, programs, and fundraising
- International experience across diverse contexts; working with global, cross-cultural teams
- Master’s degree in related field or equivalent experience a bonus
