Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support end-to-end network lifecycle operations including deployments, updates, configuration changes, and firmware management, while maintaining interconnection records.
- Configure and operate InfiniBand switching infrastructure in compliance with ITIL practices.
- Create and refine automation scripts to manage network configurations and streamline operations across the project lifecycle.
- Sustain network environments by applying security patches and coordinating large-scale firmware upgrades.
- Follow and enhance incident, problem, and change management processes; document operational runbooks and standard procedures while adhering to ZERO Outage principles.
- Collaborate with platform and AI solution teams to enable seamless service deployment and operational stability.
- Administer a High-Speed Fabric network combining InfiniBand and Ethernet/RoCE technologies into a unified infrastructure.
- Operate a dedicated 1 Gbps Ethernet and serial console network for out-of-band device management.
- Design, test, deploy, and support ICT components and services to deliver standardized, high-quality offerings on the AI Factory Cloud platform.
- Formulate automation strategies, processes, and methods to meet efficiency and standardization goals.
- Offer technical guidance proactively or upon request to internal staff and external clients.
- Deliver project outputs in line with defined scope and objectives.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to support innovation goals.
- Define architectural principles and holistic solutions during product planning and development phases.
- Design and deploy service architectures aligned with AI Factory Cloud requirements.
- Mentor team members to enhance collective expertise and skill development.
- Lead technical initiatives and coordinate cross-functional efforts across technology domains.
- Provide expert consultation to project teams in specialized technical areas.
- Conduct research and development in designated technologies, assess business needs, suggest improvements, and plan execution.
