About the Role
This position seeks an experienced software engineer with over a decade of development experience to lead the design and evolution of core backend platforms using .NET Core and .NET Framework, supported by high-performance SQL Server solutions. The individual will drive architectural standards, ensure system reliability, mentor team members, and remain actively involved in solving complex technical challenges. While primarily backend-focused, collaboration with Vue.js frontend teams is essential for end-to-end solution design. The role supports a progression toward broader full-stack ownership and offers significant influence across the application lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using .NET with C#
- Lead architectural decisions emphasizing system scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability
- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, schemas, and associated data access layers
- Guide integration approaches between backend services and Vue.js front-end interfaces
- Improve code quality through robust testing and enhancements to CI/CD pipelines
- Lead code reviews and contribute to high-level architectural discussions
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior and intermediate developers
- Proactively identify potential technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to shape technical standards
- Communicate project status, dependencies, and risks effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
