WPP Media is hiring a Senior Motion Designer- Cairo

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects based on briefs and marketing objectives.
  • Create high-quality designs and 2D graphic animations from conceptualization to execution, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Leverage on the variety of AI tools to expedite the creative process.
  • Develop and execute design strategies tailored to each social media platform, maximizing the unique features and audience engagement opportunities of platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends and animation techniques.
  • Work closely with the Art Director and the creative and social teams to refine and execute visual & content strategies, ensuring optimal alignment with market trends and consumer insights.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize motion graphics performance based on analytics and user feedback.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related fields is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of Proven experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and techniques is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge in this area will be considered a significant bonus, as it is increasingly integral to innovative content creation and automation processes.
