Responsibilities
- Integrate Okta Identity Engine Embedded SDKs into iOS and Android apps while meeting federal identity mandates
- Implement OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, PKCE, token lifecycle controls, and secure session management
- Build secure mobile workflows for authentication, identity enrollment, and account recovery per federal standards
- Deploy phishing-resistant methods such as FIDO2, WebAuthn, and passkeys
- Integrate government-issued credentials including CAC/PIV, Purebred, and mobile identity tokens
- Securely store credentials and tokens using iOS Keychain and Android Keystore systems
- Enable device registration, trusted device policies, and biometric authentication across platforms
- Apply mobile security best practices including OWASP Mobile Top 10, certificate pinning, and secure TLS
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to authentication, SDKs, APIs, and platform integrations
- Design enrollment processes compliant with NIST SP 800-63 identity guidelines
- Implement secure deep linking via Universal Links and Android App Links
- Develop proxy user flows to support dependent or delegated access scenarios
- Create in-app authentication experiences that avoid browser redirection
- Support integration between mobile apps and federal enterprise identity management systems
- Ensure alignment with NIST SP 800-63 and Zero Trust authentication frameworks
- Engage in Agile development, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices
- Collaborate with federal cybersecurity, identity, and mobile engineering teams
