As a Senior MLOps Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the AI platform that powers intelligent travel experiences. You'll design and implement robust systems that enable machine learning models to move efficiently from development to production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance at every stage.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain infrastructure that supports large-scale machine learning workflows.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
- Optimize pipelines to reduce time to production and operational overhead.
- Champion MLOps best practices across the organization, from versioning to reproducibility and observability.
- Drive automation and efficiency in data processing using tools like Spark and cloud-native platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Strong foundation in computer science with fluency in Python and experience across multiple programming environments.
- Proven experience working with large-scale data systems and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of MLOps principles and experience applying them in production settings.

Work Environment
This role follows a hybrid model with core in-office collaboration days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Team members can work remotely up to 30 days per year from any location. The team operates globally, with offices in Berlin and other locations worldwide.
