Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, maintainable frontend architectures that prioritize simplicity and long-term scalability.
- Work closely with Product Managers to define requirements and influence project scope with a focus on technical viability from the start.
- Lead technical direction for significant features, ensuring solutions deliver real customer value beyond task completion.
- Guide less experienced engineers through code reviews, collaborative coding, and consistent emphasis on code quality.
- Take initiative in improving the frontend ecosystem by identifying performance issues, technical debt, and systemic challenges, then driving fixes.
- Promote and enforce modern best practices in React, TypeScript, and frontend performance across engineering teams.
- Partner with Data Science and Backend teams to ensure accurate data integration and strengthen full-stack system reliability.
