Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and deployment of enterprise-grade AI software solutions using Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit and Azure platforms
- Convert business needs into technical blueprints and deliver scalable AI and automation systems
- Build, validate, and release product features that meet client expectations and quality benchmarks
- Support agile delivery by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams using Agile Scrum practices
- Leverage Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Graph connectors, API plugins, and Azure AI Search to create resilient applications
- Oversee the integration of APIs and microservices to ensure scalable and secure system designs
- Enforce best practices in version control, continuous integration and deployment, and DevOps using GitHub and Azure DevOps
- Partner with UX teams to integrate user feedback and enhance usability
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the development lifecycle
- Serve as a technical authority, guiding team development and driving continuous improvement
