About the Role
This role is responsible for leading initiatives that increase member enrollment and engagement through data-informed strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous optimization of the user journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of member growth strategies
- Design and manage scalable acquisition campaigns
- Use analytics to identify opportunities for user engagement
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align growth goals
- Optimize conversion across the onboarding journey
- Run A/B tests to refine messaging and user experience
- Track and report on key performance indicators for growth
- Identify friction points in the member journey
- Develop insights from user behavior data
- Inform roadmap decisions with growth-focused recommendations
- Manage email and digital outreach programs
- Enhance retention through targeted lifecycle campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency in all growth initiatives
- Evaluate third-party partnerships for member acquisition
- Stay current with industry trends in digital health engagement
- Contribute to forecasting and goal setting for growth metrics
- Support the integration of new tools and platforms for outreach
- Maintain documentation of campaign results and learnings
- Drive experimentation to improve funnel efficiency
- Work closely with data science to model user behavior
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience in a B2C digital health environment
- Background in behavioral science or psychology
- Familiarity with HIPAA or healthcare privacy standards
