Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define planning KPIs, enhancements, and critical initiatives
- Assist regional planning teams with workstreams, outputs, stakeholder updates, and presentation materials
- Maintain strong alignment with planning units and communicate project progress and obstacles to key stakeholders
- Enforce compliance with defined planning procedures and lead efforts to improve quality and efficiency
- Oversee team workload, staffing, operational effectiveness, and assignment distribution
- Coach and grow team members with a focus on professional advancement and employee retention
- Provide expert support to planning teams in resolving client issues and serve as a senior liaison when necessary
- Keep current with market developments and maintain informed perspectives on vendor ecosystems and partnerships
