Responsibilities

  • Directs comprehensive media strategy, planning, implementation, and performance analysis across all digital and traditional platforms for client accounts.
  • Supervises a team of media professionals, guiding individual contributors toward achieving shared objectives.
  • Sets and enforces team and individual goals, priorities, and performance targets to ensure accountability and delivery.
  • Facilitates professional growth by assigning developmental tasks and delivering transparent, constructive feedback.
  • Monitors team and individual performance, implementing corrective or recognition actions as needed to maintain high standards.
  • Proposes enhancements to workflows that reduce effort or increase output quality.
  • Balances work distribution across team members to maintain efficiency and prevent burnout.
  • Drives recruitment and retention of high-performing talent within the assigned functional areas.
  • Builds team capabilities aligned with long-term business objectives and strategic direction.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in media channels including paid search, display advertising, radio, print, social media, video, website analytics, and out-of-home advertising.
  • Maintains current knowledge of media industry developments, platform updates, audience segmentation, and optimization techniques.
  • Leads in-depth research initiatives to design tailored media strategies based on client goals, audiences, budgets, and geographic focus.
  • Produces performance, cost, and conversion forecasts for media campaigns.
  • Designs performance measurement frameworks, including KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting standards for media and web traffic.
  • Owns the annual media strategy, including budget oversight and billing coordination for client accounts.
  • Conducts regular, detailed campaign optimizations to improve results.
  • Evaluates campaign outcomes and integrates web analytics to inform decisions.
  • Develops and manages digital dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
  • Delivers clear, data-backed insights and recommendations for next steps.
  • Identifies and advises on SEO opportunities connected to active media campaigns.
  • Detects emerging market trends and potential growth areas.
  • Executes media buying across paid search, display, digital and traditional radio, print, social media, video, billboards, television, and website analytics.
  • Collaborates with external vendors, negotiates pricing, finalizes contracts, and ensures process consistency.
  • Seeks innovative, more effective methods to strengthen team performance and operations.
  • Conducts research to resolve complex inquiries from clients or internal stakeholders.
