Responsibilities
- Organize a full lifecycle product development, including design, development, test prototypes, manufacturing, and implementation
- Develop systems and components that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. Prepare outline designs.
- Organize experiments methodically, analyze data and interpret results
- Conduct tests and evaluate theoretical designs
- Research and produce effective solutions to emerging problems
- Review of the final product’s overall performance, reliability, and safety
- Improve design to meet requirements and eliminate malfunctions
- Help create product reports, product, documentation, end-user documentation, and sales literature
- Stay informed about new theories or methods

On-site — Newburgh, IN
Additional Information
- Daily Job duties will consist of office, lab, and desk work with occasional field testing required.
- Candidates may be required to work underground, but on an infrequent basis.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to work near large moving machinery, but on an infrequent basis.
- Customer operations may contain airborne particles and allergens.
- Matrix employees may be furnished and required to wear safety gear such as hard hats, steel toe shoes, reflective clothing, earplugs, and safety glasses as needed.
- Occasional travel and ability to work various shifts as required by customer.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, or crouch.
- The employee may need to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
