Hunt St is hiring a Senior Marketing VA to coordinate and oversee all marketing functions while providing consistent support and guidance to the leadership team as brand ambassadors. This role involves planning, organizing, and managing marketing end-to-end to drive growth and clarity.
What You'll Do
- Proactively drive marketing projects forward by creating, coordinating, and tracking timelines, milestones, and statuses.
- Create internal and external communications using PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe to capture the company's vision.
- Manage the firm’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) and partners' LinkedIn accounts to grow the brand.
- Find new and innovative ways to engage the audience through webinars and networking.
- Create innovative blog posts and campaigns by collaborating with partners on topics and themes.
- Track progress by monitoring website, social media, and Google Analytics to help double and triple leads.
- Own all-things-marketing end to end, including defining tasks, taking minutes, driving agendas, and tracking initiatives.
- Perform general administration tasks to support marketing and team effectiveness.
- Help run marketing campaigns through LinkedIn Sales Manager and Dripify to reach a broader and targeted audience.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in VA, Marketing, Content Writing, Graphic Design, or a similar field.
- Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with marketing and thinking outside the box whilst managing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong desire to uphold high standards of excellence.
- Creative with a love for creating classy, professional, and witty content and collateral.
- Truly self-motivated with a desire to constantly learn, develop, and grow.
- Driven to turn chaos rapidly to clarity and communicate it clearly.
- Someone with a bias for action, constantly striving to get things done.
- Creativity and communication skills for collaborating and setting up new marketing strategies.
- Attention to detail for proofreading blogs and ensuring photo collages are filtered correctly.
