Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales Operations to design and sustain the complete lead-to-revenue workflow within HubSpot.
- Define and implement Marketing and Sales Qualified Lead criteria, along with an intelligent lead scoring system to improve conversion and prioritization.
- Create and manage attribution models that measure campaign and event impact, pipeline influence, and return on investment across channels and buyer stages.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to align business goals, prioritize projects, and maintain consistent data across platforms.
- Deliver dashboards and reports to stakeholders, offering data-driven insights and guidance on using analytics for performance improvement.
- Design and maintain automated workflows in HubSpot for lead nurturing, sales notifications, lifecycle stage updates, and campaign triggers.
- Develop and support custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track marketing KPIs, pipeline attribution, and campaign outcomes.
- Oversee integrations between marketing and sales technologies such as HubSpot, Gong, Slack, Walnut, Twilio, and others to ensure reliable data synchronization.
- Collaborate with development and creative teams to build scalable, compliant email templates and manage HubSpot email systems.
- Assess and deploy new marketing technologies, including AI-powered tools, account-based marketing platforms, and website behavior analytics like Decibel by Medallia.
- Lead marketing performance reporting across the funnel and by channel, delivering insights that guide strategy and execution.
- Maintain and refine Google Analytics configurations, applying filters to ensure clean data and accurate audience segmentation.
- Analyze and report on A/B tests, conversion rate optimization efforts, and campaign adjustments to inform future decisions.
- Work with engineering teams to monitor Google Search Console, resolving website indexing and crawl issues.
- Manage the marketing team’s use of Asana to ensure campaign timelines are tracked and deadlines are met.
- Stay current with advancements in HubSpot, analytics tools, AI, and digital marketing platforms to recommend operational enhancements.
