Responsibilities
- Manage the annual, half yearly (and quarterly update) marketing planning process across all marketing teams
- Responsible for reporting and analysis on growth marketing performance (including marketing budget management and return on marketing investment)
- Use marketing and business data to identify opportunities for growth and work with growth marketing teams, product marketing and sales development to scope growth campaigns/programs.
- Leading Marketing transformational projects
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities with ease.
- Performs well under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, even when navigating budget or resource constraints.
- Strong B2B marketing background within the technology sector; cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage.
- Broad marketing expertise, with hands-on experience in planning, demand generation, digital, channel, and field marketing.
- Confident working with marketing data, performance metrics, and systems to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Experience operating within a global marketing organization, navigating cross-regional collaboration and execution.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong capabilities in budget oversight and marketing performance measurement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and Power BI
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
