Responsibilities
- Drive proactive PR initiatives and build strong media relationships to elevate brand visibility and support the overall market narrative.
- Mobilise teams across the business to surface expertise and translate it into clear, market-facing stories that reinforce strategic positioning.
- Own end-to-end execution of client events - from concept to delivery - ensuring high quality and clear commercial impact aligned with growth priorities.
- Develop and execute channel and content strategies across platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. Create sharp, engaging content and ensure consistency across the Nordic region.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of client cases. Turn work and results into compelling, commercially driven stories that demonstrate value and differentiation.
- Collaborate with our Communications Strategy team on award submissions end-to-end, developing standout cases and ensuring a strong pipeline of entries that strengthen market credibility and leadership.
- Support the definition and execution of paid media strategies, including objectives, audiences, messaging, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with the CRM lead to execute CRM strategies and targeted campaigns that nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring continuous optimisation, measurable impact, and delivery against KPIs.
- Uphold high creative standards across all outputs. Contribute to concept development, messaging, and visual direction to ensure a strong and consistent brand expression.
- Drive clear and consistent internal communication, supporting leadership messaging, key initiatives, and organisational alignment.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within media or advertising
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, content strategy, and event planning
- Solid understanding of business and client environments - you know what drives decisions
- Commercial mindset with a clear view of how marketing contributes to growth
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media and industry partners
- Highly collaborative with strong organizational and project management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver with strong execution power
- Proactive, self-motivated, and curious mindset
- Strong storytelling skills - able to turn work into impactful, commercial narratives
