Responsibilities
- Lead the full demand-generation process for enterprise customer acquisition and growth, covering market segmentation, account targeting, funnel design, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Drive account-based marketing initiatives across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many strategies, including account identification, campaign plays, tailored content, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with sales and account teams.
- Convert business goals and account strategies into targeted marketing efforts that directly support pipeline and revenue targets.
- Develop messaging and content for enterprise audiences focused on buyer profiles, digital transformation, legacy system modernization, and artificial intelligence adoption.
- Oversee external agency partners responsible for content creation, digital marketing, and campaign implementation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Associate to manage HubSpot operations, CRM workflows, lead transition processes, and funnel analytics.
- Evaluate campaign and account performance and provide clear, actionable reports to senior commercial leaders.
- Act as a key contributor within the marketing team, providing strategic input and leadership.
