Pavago's client was looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator - (Remote)

This full-time remote position supports executive leadership and marketing initiatives with a focus on operational efficiency and content execution. The role demands consistent availability during U.S. business hours, specifically in the Pacific Time zone, to ensure seamless coordination across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and internal communication workflows.
  • Develop and maintain structured project trackers to monitor progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in processes and recommend practical improvements.
  • Produce and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Engage with audiences through direct messages and community interactions, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor content performance and compile clear, actionable reports on engagement metrics.
  • Support advertising campaigns for events and programs, including setup and monitoring.
  • Edit short-form videos and design graphics using tools like Veed or OpusClips to support marketing goals.
  • Format and organize training materials such as scripts, workbooks, and guides for clarity and usability.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and communication channels.
  • Build automated email sequences using GoHighLevel and manage outreach follow-ups.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date, supporting reliable pipeline tracking.
  • Manage digital assets, update program materials, and track participant progress.
  • Resolve minor technical issues related to online platforms and tools.
  • Conduct research to define target client profiles and build prospect lists.
  • Support lead generation through targeted outreach and campaign execution.
  • Perform light website updates and assist with account configurations as needed.
  • Compile data and insights into concise reports for strategic planning.
  • Maintain professional written communication across all channels.
  • Manage email inboxes efficiently, prioritizing urgent matters and ensuring timely responses.
  • Keep documentation organized and accessible within shared digital workspaces.

Qualifications

Candidates must have prior experience in marketing coordination, executive support, or digital operations. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) is essential. Experience with GoHighLevel or similar marketing automation platforms is required. Familiarity with Canva and video editing tools such as Veed or OpusClips is expected. Strong command of written English, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are critical. Experience supporting founders, coaches, or entrepreneurial ventures is an advantage.
