About the Role

Lead analytics strategy for affiliate marketing initiatives, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency across digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain measurement frameworks for affiliate marketing performance
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to guide budget allocation decisions
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools for ongoing performance tracking
  • Evaluate return on ad spend across affiliate partners and networks
  • Identify high-performing affiliate segments and growth levers
  • Support forecasting and planning for future marketing initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
  • Partner with data engineering to improve analytics infrastructure
  • Translate technical findings into clear business recommendations
  • Monitor key performance indicators and alert stakeholders to anomalies
  • Conduct A/B testing to validate optimization strategies
  • Optimize customer acquisition costs through data insights
  • Work closely with external affiliate networks and tracking platforms
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy standards in reporting
  • Drive automation of recurring analytical processes
  • Assess impact of external market factors on affiliate performance
  • Lead ad hoc analyses for executive and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Improve attribution modeling for multi-touch customer journeys
  • Mentor junior analysts on best practices in marketing measurement

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in data science, analytics, or related field
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis
  • Familiarity with machine learning applications in marketing
  • Direct experience managing affiliate program data
  • Background in scaling customer acquisition in competitive markets
  • Knowledge of attribution platforms such as Rockerbox or AppsFlyer
  • Experience in a global business environment
  • Exposure to marketing data in regulated industries
