About the Role
This role is responsible for providing technical expertise in manufacturing systems, supporting validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives within regulated production environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of manufacturing system implementations and upgrades
- Support system validation activities including protocol execution and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with manufacturing execution systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and compliance
- Develop and maintain system architecture documentation
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance system performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Participate in risk assessments for system changes and upgrades
- Provide technical guidance during audits and inspections
- Support integration between manufacturing systems and enterprise platforms
- Manage system lifecycle from design through decommissioning
- Lead root cause analysis for system failures and performance issues
- Develop standard operating procedures and technical specifications
- Train end users and support personnel on system functionality
- Evaluate new technologies for potential implementation
- Coordinate with vendors for support and maintenance activities
- Ensure cybersecurity practices are followed in system design and operation
- Participate in change control processes for system modifications
- Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions
- Support data integrity initiatives across manufacturing platforms
