Demandbase is hiring a Senior Manager, Web Strategy to own and evolve our web strategy as a core growth engine. This role blends strategy and execution, driving conversion, discoverability, and scalability across the web experience while managing internal and external resources.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end web strategy, ensuring the site supports demand generation, PLG motions, and revenue growth.
- Conduct gap analysis of current-state web capabilities and build a clear bridge plan to future-state goals.
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts, including landing page strategy, testing, and performance improvement.
- Drive SEO and AI search optimization to improve discoverability and inbound performance.
- Manage web development resources, including prioritization, capacity planning, budgets, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with design and marketing to define web design standards and user experience strategy.
- Provide technical oversight for CMS platforms and migrations (e.g., WordPress to Webflow), ensuring scalability and performance.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
- 3-5 years in people management experience.
- Experience owning web strategy in a B2B SaaS environment, with measurable impact on growth or demand generation.
- Strong technical fluency to partner with and manage web developers and CMS platforms.
- Hands-on experience leading CMS migrations (e.g., WordPress to Webflow) and ongoing platform optimization.
- Advanced use of web analytics, experimentation, and performance reporting to inform strategy and influence stakeholders.
- Proven budget management experience, including internal teams and external vendors.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting enterprise and mid-market audiences; B2B SaaS strongly preferred.
