Responsibilities
- Supervise short-term, medium-term, and extended cash forecasting, reporting, and liquidity management processes
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions, oversee credit facilities, and ensure adherence to debt agreements
- Direct cash operations, including daily cash visibility, intercompany transfers, and cross-border cash movement
- Administer the global insurance portfolio by coordinating with brokers to maintain proper coverage levels and types across all business operations
- Design and implement treasury policies governing cash, borrowing, investment activities, and risk mitigation strategies
- Track and mitigate financial exposures such as interest rate fluctuations, foreign exchange volatility, and counterparty risks
- Assist in structuring capital, arranging financing, and managing refinancing initiatives
- Collaborate with Accounting teams on monthly closing procedures, treasury accounting entries, and internal control frameworks
- Ensure ongoing compliance with loan covenants, internal treasury guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Produce analytical reports and financial summaries on treasury operations for executive review
