AlphaSense is hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Lead global Sales talent acquisition for a fast-scaling organization, shaping hiring strategy in close collaboration with senior revenue leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. This role is central to building and refining a consistent, data-informed approach to recruiting across regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global Sales hiring strategy, with a focus on Account Executive and Sales Leadership roles across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC
  • Manage and develop a distributed recruiting team, including direct supervision of recruiters and a Recruiting Manager overseeing EMEA and APAC operations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior sales executives, offering market intelligence and strategic guidance on talent decisions
  • Design and implement standardized interview frameworks and evaluation models to ensure hiring quality and consistency worldwide
  • Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, and HR to align on headcount planning, hiring forecasts, and resourcing timelines
  • Lead high-impact, sensitive searches for senior-level roles, including Director and leadership positions

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing talent acquisition teams, including experience leading managers in a global environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect hiring strategy to revenue outcomes and organizational scalability
  • Proven ability to introduce structure and discipline in fast-paced, growth-oriented settings
  • Skilled at integrating market insights, workforce planning, and execution to form cohesive, forward-looking talent strategies
  • Systems thinker who balances risk, cost, and scalability when designing long-term hiring frameworks

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range of $150,000 – $195,000 USD, with equity offered as part of total compensation. Comprehensive benefits package available. This is a global position requiring regional oversight across multiple time zones.
