Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and reporting of cross-departmental analyses across all revenue areas including Software, Payments, Capital, and Hardware.
- Interpret business variances, structural changes, and developing patterns into actionable insights for senior financial leaders.
- Act as the primary finance liaison for the Data Office, analytics units, and platform stakeholders company-wide.
- Advocate for FP&A in defining and maintaining the accuracy of key financial metrics.
- Collaborate on enterprise-wide alignment for master data standards, consistent reporting categories, and data governance policies.
- Bridge communication between technical data teams and finance professionals by translating complex data concepts.
- Help refine forecasting methods and the evaluation framework for forecast reliability.
- Detect root causes of financial variance and support enhancements to forecasting models.
- Incorporate artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics into workflows where they enhance accuracy or efficiency.
