Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, implementation, and presentation of cross-functional analyses across all revenue lines, including Software, Payments, Capital, and Hardware
- Convert business variances, structural changes, and evolving patterns into clear, actionable insights for senior finance executives
- Act as the primary liaison between FP&A and the Data Office, analytics units, and platform stakeholders company-wide
- Advocate for FP&A in defining and maintaining the accuracy of key financial metrics
- Support alignment across teams on master data standards, consistent reporting dimensions, and data governance policies
- Bridge technical data conversations with finance stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding
- Help refine forecasting methodologies and the evaluation framework for forecast precision
- Analyze root causes of forecast deviations and recommend enhancements to predictive processes
- Incorporate AI, automation, and advanced analytical methods into workflows where they enhance accuracy or efficiency
