Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee end-to-end projects that enhance performance across Business Operations, Product, Legal Operations, and Special Projects teams
- Deliver measurable gains in operational efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Serve as the primary expert on internal workflows and procedures to align operations with strategic company goals
- Design, refine, and track key performance indicators, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- Recruit, develop, and lead a results-oriented team committed to accountability and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Legal Operations teams to uncover and act on process optimization opportunities
- Develop comprehensive operational documentation including SOPs, training tools, knowledge bases, and feedback mechanisms to ensure long-term scalability
