Adesso Group is looking for a Senior Manager for Software Development to play a key role in strategic customer partnerships and team development. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a Java competence team while contributing hands-on to projects involving modern web architectures.
What You'll Do
- Advise customers on digitalization and transformation projects and manage cross-functional teams.
- Recruit, develop, and retain employees for your Java competence team.
- Work on technological projects with modern 3-tier web architectures using Java/JavaScript in a high-level role, such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, Requirements Engineer, or Software Architect.
- Actively shape leadership understanding and company culture in leader circles.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree or training in the IT field.
- Proficiency in modern Java technologies like Spring Boot and project experience with web architectures.
- Experience in building and developing teams and knowledge of successful teamwork requirements.
- Recruiting know-how to find engaged employees who fit the company and customer projects.
- Excellent communication skills: respectful, target-group-oriented, solution-oriented, and helpful.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills for secure communication.
