Mondoo is hiring a Senior Manager, Service & Solutions Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive leadership and product teams to design and structure managed service portfolios.
  • Determine which capabilities belong in entry-level offerings versus advanced service tiers, such as ongoing remediation and compliance management.
  • Design service packages that are simple to communicate and straightforward to sell.
  • Develop a distinct narrative that differentiates the delivery model of managed services.
  • Articulate the performance advantages of AI-powered services over traditional, labor-intensive alternatives.
  • Develop marketing strategies that enable future managed service providers to sell through or alongside the platform.
  • Position the platform as a high-margin enabler of managed service revenue for partners.
  • Train sales teams to focus on customer outcomes rather than product features.
  • Produce persuasive sales materials and real-world examples demonstrating the reduction of operational burdens.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Leadership and Product Management to structure the 'Managed Service' offerings.
  • Define what goes into the 'Land' package (e.g., Vulnerability Detection) vs. the 'Expand' package (e.g., Continuous Remediation, Cloud Hygiene, Compliance Assurance).
  • Ensure service tiers are easy to sell and easy to understand.
  • Craft the story of how Mondoo delivers managed services differently.
  • Explain why Mondoo's AI-led service is faster and more reliable than competitors' human-led services.
  • Build the 'sell-through' and 'sell-with' marketing capabilities for future MSP partners.
  • Help position Mondoo as the high-margin engine that powers MSP services and commercial opportunity.
  • Teach the sales team to sell outcomes, not tools.
  • Create pitch decks and case studies that prove Mondoo 'Slay the Beast' of operational backlogs.
